Job Title: Security Manager

Virtus Professional Services LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to join our team. As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, managing events, and supervising office and volunteer staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including hiring and training staff, preparing reports, and managing events.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and resources to perform their duties.
  • Manage events, including coordinating logistics, ensuring security measures are in place, and supervising staff.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees, evaluating administrative services and providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Valid driver's licence and own transportation.
