The estimated salary range for this position is based on industry standards and location considerations. As a Hotel Managing Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who can effectively manage and coordinate various aspects of the hotel's operations, including:

  • Coordinating activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Establishing work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Performing same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
  • Preparing and submitting reports to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assisting clients/guests with special needs to deliver personalized service
  • Coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Hiring and training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to maintain a high-performing team
  • Maintaining operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arranging repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisitioning materials and supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels
