Hotel Operations Manager

At Comfort Inn Amherst, we are seeking a dedicated Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and amenities.
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per yearThe estimated salary range for this position is based on industry standards and location considerations. As a Hotel Managing Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who can effectively manage and coordinate various aspects of the hotel's operations, including:
- Coordinating activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Establishing work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Performing same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
- Preparing and submitting reports to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Assisting clients/guests with special needs to deliver personalized service
- Coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Hiring and training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to maintain a high-performing team
- Maintaining operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arranging repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisitioning materials and supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels
