  • Develop and maintain trade tools, such as Exceedra and broker relationships for TPM.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the TPM tool's functionality and output.
  • Owning the forecast process and communication from Sales to internal teams.
  • Supporting the Director of Business Development with annual planning processes and trade budget development.

Requirements:

  • A Degree/Diploma in Business or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Consumer Product Goods, specifically in trade spend management.
  • Proven track record of building, managing, and leading high-functioning teams.
  • Experience with MacOS, MS Office, and Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Familiarity with Exceedra Trade Spend Management (TPM) software or similar platforms.
