Job Summary:

HITS Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to oversee the development of our software applications. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain efficient, scalable, and reliable software applications using ASP.Net Core, MVC, and Razor.
  • API Development: Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable APIs to support our software applications.
  • Code Review and Refactoring: Review and refactor code to ensure it meets the required standards and is maintainable.
  • Integration and Deployment: Work with the development team to integrate and deploy software applications to production.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with other developers, UX designers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure that software applications meet the required specifications and are delivered on time.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze code for performance enhancement and present detailed plans to improve them.
  • Technology Research: Investigate and research new technologies to improve our software development processes and tools.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in object-oriented programming techniques.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of ASP.Net Core, MVC, Razor, and RESTful APIs. Good experience in database design and development using Microsoft SQL Server. Good knowledge of Bootstrap and Angular. Knowledge of DevOps development and Microservices is a plus.
