As a Software Development Manager at Software Defined Automation GmbH, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers in the development of cutting-edge software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software engineers in the development of software solutions
  • Oversee the entire software development life cycle, from planning to deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical designs and architecture
  • Ensure high-quality code and unit tests
  • Provide strategic technical estimates and address technical risks
  • Direct efforts in application and database performance tuning
  • Establish and maintain productive working relationships with teammates and clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum of four years' experience with software development life cycle models and agile programming methodologies
  • Minimum of four years' experience developing web applications, with at least three years in full-stack development
  • Expertise in engineering efficient back-end systems, including managing MongoDB databases
  • Deep understanding of Angular practices and commonly used modules
  • Experience in creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
  • Knowledge of unit testing and mocking techniques
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
