Job Summary:

HITS Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our software applications, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality software applications.
  • Software Development: Lead the development of software applications, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure that software applications meet the needs of our clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in object-oriented programming techniques.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of ASP.Net Core, MVC, Razor, and RESTful APIs, with experience in database design and development.
