Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to lead our E-commerce Fulfillment team in Ville Saint-Laurent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of e-commerce orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of 20 Stock Processors and ensure operational excellence in the Distribution Center;
  • Manage KPIs related to e-commerce operations and maintain inventory accuracy;
  • Maximize operational efficiency through effective use of distribution space;
  • Execute industry-leading measures to protect the health and safety of employees;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a warehouse environment;
  • Strong knowledge of WMS tools and Excel;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
