General Manager Job Description

Fun Land, a leading provider of amusement and hospitality services, is seeking a seasoned General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our local business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating strategic plans, managing staff, and enforcing policies to ensure the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Fun Land HR/Recruiting/Training team to maintain staffing levels and handle staff-related matters
  • Embed and utilize business intelligence tools to inform decision-making
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • At least five years of management experience in the amusement and hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays, with a minimum of 50 hours per week
  • Valid driver's license
