Job Title: General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at Fun Land Fairfax, VA. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations, including financial management, guest experience, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage and motivate a team of up to 80 staff members
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience
  • Monitor and control budgets, expenses, and financial performance
  • Partner with the FSP Safety Team to maintain a safety-focused attitude
  • Collaborate with the FSP HR/Recruiting/Training team to maintain staffing levels and handle staff-related matters

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of management experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift 39lbs unaided
