Food Service Team Lead

Coffee Culture Cafe & Eatery is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them grow in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in our food and service, ensuring that our customers receive a consistently excellent experience.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key metrics, and maintain accurate records of our operations.
