Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a good understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals. You will hold an undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance with strong quantitative, financial modeling, and analytical skills.

You will also have experience in commercial credit specifically commercial real estate underwriting analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritize multiple requests to meet client needs.

A strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel) and motivation to learn new systems and programs will also be beneficial. Finally, you will need to be an independent worker and team player with a positive attitude.
