Salary and Benefits

We are offering a competitive salary of $95,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Job Description

This permanent full-time position requires a dedicated Safety Advisor to join our team for the Boulder Creek Wind Farm Project. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel on-site while promoting a culture of safety-first.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety plans in accordance with legislative and company requirements.
  • Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees and subcontractors to foster a proactive safety culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
About You
  • You will have proven experience as a Safety Advisor in the construction, civil, or renewable energy industries.
  • You will possess strong knowledge of Australian workplace health and safety legislation and standards.
  • You will hold formal qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety (Cert IV or higher).
