Job Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership necessary for the seamless integration of academic activities, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical standards direction of the Division.
  • Develop and execute operational and business plans, including cascading, monitoring, reporting, and course correction.
  • Support strategy through the development of patient value streams and workforce planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Licensed medical practitioner in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS)
  • Be a member of the medical staff of Saskdocs and hold an academic appointment in the College of Medicine
  • Experience as a medical leader with a track record of working in partnership with administrative leaders to develop innovative programs in complex environments
  • 3+ years in a leadership position with progressive advancement
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per yearBenefits
