Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team at Great Grace Trading Canada Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our wholesaler business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Organize and coordinate tasks to accomplish work objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain operations.
  • Train and develop staff in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure high-quality results and meet business objectives.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operational activities.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in supply chain operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing operational logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and develop staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires on-site work. The successful candidate will be required to work at our physical location and will not have the option to work remotely.
