KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Formulate and execute a holistic supply chain strategy that aligns with the business objectives of The Canadian Brewhouse.
• Identify and assess opportunities for enhancing supply chain processes.

Sourcing and Vendor Management:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with essential suppliers and vendors.
• Develop procurement strategies to secure the best value and quality for goods and services.
• Standardize procurement processes and implement best practices.

Distribution and Inventory Management:

• Supervise the distribution network to guarantee timely and cost-efficient product delivery to various locations.
• Implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure effective replenishment processes.

Continuous Improvement:

• Lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement to boost supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and reduce expenses.
• Leverage data analytics to inform decisions and enhance supply chain performance.

Leadership and Team Development:

• Build and guide a high-performing supply chain team.
• Provide mentorship and professional growth opportunities for team members.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the supply chain division.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, ideally within a retail and hospitality context.
• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain best practices, procurement strategies, and inventory management.
• Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and data analytics tools.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support supply chain operations across various locations.
• A criminal record check and confidentiality agreement are prerequisites for this position.
