Job Summary:

MT Talent is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Market Research and Sales Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales development team, you will be responsible for investigating and profiling commercial tenants occupying commercial spaces in a geographical market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research to create comprehensive profiles on commercial tenants and business decision makers.
  • Document tenant movement within a geographical market and maintain accurate tenant rosters for various commercial buildings.
  • Investigate new property and tenant leads, and document and profile corporate structures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, owners, and real estate professionals to gather market intelligence.
  • Provide market research and analysis to support sales development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service environment or a related field.
  • Fluency in oral and written communications in English and French is required for bilingual roles.
  • Permanent Canadian work authorization and ability to travel to and enter the United States for business purposes.
  • Proven success working in a KPI-based environment where targets have been met and/or exceeded.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to conduct investigative research and manipulate data in Excel.
