Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plastic Injection Moulder to join our team at Romac Products. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating injection moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and inspect the quality of material produced to meet our high standards.
  • Set up and operate one or more moulding machines to mould plastic products with precision and accuracy.
  • Prepare and change moulds and adjust equipment for production line changes.
  • Follow formulation cards to mix resin batches for the injection moulding process.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient production.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Reliability, accuracy, and dependability are essential for this position.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a safe working environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The working conditions include standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
