Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Injection Moulder to join our team at Romac Products. As an Injection Moulder, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection moulding equipment to produce high-quality plastic products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and inspect the quality of material produced to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Set up and operate one or more moulding machines to mould plastic products, following established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory of raw materials and finished products.
  • Formulation and Mixing: Follow formulation cards to mix resin batches for the injection moulding process.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination required.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods and wearing steel-toed safety boots.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, dependable, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Working Conditions

40 hours per week, permanent position, working in a team environment.

Language of work: English.
