Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Shefield Express #4. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 people, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they align with our business goals and customer needs.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement and manage price and credits policies, ensuring they are fair and competitive.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring they are efficient and effective.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Personal Suitability: Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
- Work Term: Permanent.
