Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Securiguard. As an Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in achieving our company's growth and driving our mission to make people feel safe.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance to site security team members to ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and key stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor teams to success, address conflict, and identify solutions to ensure a cohesive working environment.
- Conduct site reviews, write audit/review reports, and make recommendations to clients.
- Perform annual risk analysis for operational sites, including disaster recovery plans and critical incident command processes.
- Provide advice and counsel to clients on security policy and practices, identifying exposures and making recommendations.
- Lead investigations of significant threats and/or the loss or misappropriation of assets for clients/sites, and discipline employees as necessary.
- Develop and implement site-specific training and improvement programs.
- Ensure resources are allocated efficiently and priorities are covered adequately.
- Manage budgets to achieve deliverables to clients and the company.
- Reduce and rectify non-billable overtime at sites.
- Maintain Security Operations Manuals and post orders with updates annually.
- Be fully versed in the operations of all accounts within the portfolio and provide onsite assistance as needed.
- Work an adaptable and flexible schedule to meet the demands of a 24/7/365 operation.
- Routine travel to support operational and client needs.
- 2+ years of experience as a manager or supervisor in an operational setting.
- Class 5 Driver's License.
- Strong management and leadership skills, with excellent communication, influencing, negotiating, and engagement skills.
- Enthusiastic and committed approach, with a track record of building strong trusted base relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with a 'hands on' problem-solving approach, able to remain calm under pressure and take control of incidents.
- Experience with writing procedures, drafting reports, preparing business cases, and compiling and adjusting duty rosters to meet shortfalls in staffing levels.
