Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, developing and maintaining relationships with existing members, and providing operational support to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing members
- Provide operational support to the D1 Training team
- Assist with sales and recruitment of new members
- Manage client notes and contacts
- Previous sales experience and management experience required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
