Job Summary

The successful candidate will have 5 years of experience in leading technical teams in a Scrum Master or related role, with a deep understanding of Scrum principles and experience leading software development teams in largescale data warehousing solutions on the Azure cloud ecosystem for data analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the story creation and estimation planning and organization of the project into DevOps and ensure the ontime/onbudget delivery of the reporting MVP scope.
  • Lead the team in following agile delivery principles and ensuring project delivery is monitored and progresses unimpeded.
  • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with the product owner and document decisions in DevOps.
  • Work in a complex multistakeholder environment and facilitate interactions with clients and the project team.
  • Manage the product and sprint backlog.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in leading technical teams in a Scrum Master or related role.
  • Experience leading software development teams in largescale data warehousing solutions on the Azure cloud ecosystem for data analytics.
  • Project Methodology certifications such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Black/Green/Yellow Belt, etc.
Knowledge Transfer

The successful candidate will be required to document the process and organization of the project in DevOps and document all applicable decisions from the product owner in DevOps.

The knowledge will be transferred to the Project Manager/Team members through 1:1 meetings/team meetings/documentation in DevOps Wiki and boards throughout the duration of the project life cycle.
