Job Title: Scrum Master - Intermediate

This is a contract position for a Scrum Master - Intermediate to work with our public sector client. The role requires leading technical teams in a Scrum Master or related role, with experience in leading software development teams in large-scale data warehousing solutions on the Azure cloud ecosystem for data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the story creation and estimation, planning and organization of the project into DevOps, and ensure the on-time/on-budget delivery of the reporting MVP scope.
  • Lead the team in following agile delivery principles and ensuring project delivery is monitored and progresses unimpeded.
  • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with the product owner and document decisions in DevOps.
  • Work in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment and facilitate interactions with clients and the project team.
  • Manage the product and sprint backlog.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 5+ year in leading technical teams in a Scrum Master or related role.
  • Experience leading software development teams in large-scale data warehousing solutions on the Azure cloud ecosystem for data analytics.
  • Expert knowledge of Azure Devops, setting up the proper project structure in DevOps, creating reports, queries, and dashboards.
  • Knowledgeable in Data Warehouse/Lakehouse concepts: understanding of data warehousing principles, including data modeling, ETL processes, data integration, and data governance.
  • Experience leading software development teams in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and/or Finance and Operations (F&O) environment.
  • Project Methodology certifications such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Black/Green/Yellow Belt, etc.

Nice to Have:
