We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at NATIONAL SECURITY GUARD PROTECTION SERVICES INC.

Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of security protocols, and providing guidance and support to security personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and coordinate responses with other work units or departments.
  • Team Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress and other reports as required.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers, and possibly review their performance.
  • Training: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: Security Guard License.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
