Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Professional to join our team at Westland Insurance Ltd. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and development of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify clients' business challenges and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP
- Minimum 6 months of industry experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
