Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Centre Manager to join our team at Belron Canada. As a Service Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the day-to-day operations of our Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer-facing staff to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Service Centre, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the automotive glass industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
