Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of customer-facing staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive results.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Hands-on experience with vehicles is an asset, but not required.
