Ricki's, a leading destination for fashionable workwear, is seeking an experienced Retail Business Operations Lead to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • As a Retail Business Operations Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of day-to-day store operations, including achieving sales goals, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and overall team leadership.
  • You will drive business results through coaching and encouraging customer-focused sales associates and leaders.
  • Promote the brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, and values.
  • Oversight of store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties.
  • Execute all merchandising, marketing, and visual presentation aspects of the store according to our standards and directives.
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers.
  • Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness.
  • Provide leadership to the store team; providing guidance, coaching, and training to your team so they can achieve great results.

About You:

  • An experienced retail supervisor with strong retail and business acumen.
  • Excellent sales skills and a commitment to ensuring amazing customer experiences.
  • Committed to teamwork and able to apply our philosophy that "none of us is as good as all of us"
  • Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store.
  • Flexible availability, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
