Job Title: Lead Sales and Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our team at Studio 13 Salon and Day Spa. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless store operations.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business results. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and maintain a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Customer Experience: Foster a positive customer experience by resolving issues promptly, addressing complaints, and providing exceptional service.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and organized, adhering to company standards.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a senior leadership position.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in POS systems and data analysis tools.
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
