Clearway Rentals Inc is seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a seasoned operations professional with a proven track record of success in managing teams, coordinating work, and establishing objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to allocate resources effectively, and represent the organization in negotiations or official functions.
  • This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Represent the company in negotiations or official functions and select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the broadcast industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and represent the company.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
