Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Labourer Supervisor to join our team at Club de Golf Lotbiniére. As a key member of our public works team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our grounds, ensuring they are well-manicured and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Planting and Maintenance: Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring they are properly cared for and maintained.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize and direct the construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls, as well as plan and direct grounds maintenance.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Repair and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Supervisory Role: Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work, ensuring it is completed to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Language: French is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Conditions: This role is physically demanding.
