Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Labourer Supervisor to join our team at Club de Golf Lotbinière. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our golf course grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planting and Maintenance: Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring they are properly maintained and cared for.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features.
  • Leadership: Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Repair and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
  • Work Conditions: This is a physically demanding role.
