Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Labourer Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Labourer Supervisor to join our team at Club de Golf Lotbinière. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our golf course and surrounding grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns to ensure a well-manicured appearance.
  • Organize and direct the construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our grounds.
  • Plan and manage landscape construction work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Requirements:
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in French.
