Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Professional Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of a team of Human Capital Management (HCM) specialists. As a leader, the Professional Services Manager will provide coaching, mentoring, and team leadership to ensure the team's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct client support, including Payroll for Hire and HCM Advisory Services
  • Project management, including balancing multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Client relationship management, including responding to escalated client questions or issues
  • Project staffing needs and budget requirements, including strategies to react to variances in Sales volumes
  • Developing internal relationships with critical areas, such as Sales and Service
  • Coaching direct reports, including performance appraisals, training suggestions, and conflict resolution
  • Participating in budget development and managing costs to those budgets
  • Representing PS on inter-departmental project groups
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, coach, and mentor a team of professionals responsible for providing exemplary client experiences
  • Demonstrated strength in People Management, Project Management, and Client Relationship
  • Expert planning skills and ability to negotiate project scopes, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements
  • Experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external clients
  • Demonstrated capability to effectively oversee multiple PS projects with varying complexities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management, HCM, and/or Payroll related experience
  • Knowledge of Implementation processes and practices
  • Excellent team building skills with both external and internal clients
  • Client Relationship Management skills
