About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at E.A.M Enterprise Ltd. as a Counter Staff Member. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including refrigerators and salad bars, and adhere to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
