Job Summary:

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our GTA Area branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all daily branch activities, driving sales growth, and developing a motivated and successful workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth and Profitability: Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch, ensuring a strong market presence and competitive edge.
  • Team Development: Manage and develop all employees in the branch, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-centricity.
  • Business Development: Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures, ensuring the branch remains agile and responsive to market demands.
  • Account Management: Manage branch account receivables in conjunction with the VP of Credit, ensuring timely and accurate sales documentation.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay current on product knowledge and equipment, providing expert advice to customers and driving sales of new and used whole goods products.
  • Asset Management: Achieve asset management goals of turn and aging, as well as protection of company assets, including new and used whole goods inventory.
  • Market Share: Collaborate with fellow managers and branches to formulate company-wide initiatives aimed at achieving corporate objectives and market share goals.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring the branch remains aligned with company objectives and values.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Must have experience in the material handling sales field, with a proven track record of sales growth and team development.
  • Product Support: Proven product support background and understanding of departmental operations, with a strong ability to lead and motivate staff.
  • Education: Relevant post-secondary education is considered an asset, with a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence.
  • Driver's License: A valid Driver's License and a clean Driver's Abstract are required.
