About the Role

Westburne is a leading provider of energy solutions, renewables, lighting, wire & cable, automation, and connected network solutions. We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our GTA region operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting, and inventory.
  • Provide direction, training, and coaching to all branch staff.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of all personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory and sales experience.
  • Proven record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Electrical industry experience.
