Job Title: Housekeeping Manager

At BEST STAY INN, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain operational procedures for housekeeping services
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and in good working order
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to ensure that staff are meeting their performance goals
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that housekeeping staff have the necessary resources to perform their duties
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
  • Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
