Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our projects, overseeing construction projects from beginning to end and ensuring that all Enersolv standards and codes are implemented.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects of any size, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Develop and track project schedules, including trade manpower loading and procurement of subcontractors and equipment vendors.
- Direct staff on proactive tracking of RFIs, Cost Submittals, Shop Drawings, and Meeting Minutes.
- Direct staff on assembly shop drawings from trades and suppliers, reviewing for compliance with specifications.
- Prepare RFIs, MSIs, and change orders.
- Direct trade partners and coordinate with other trades.
- Estimate cost changes in scope of work.
- Schedule material and equipment deliveries.
- Review and quality check close-out documents.
- Establish project cost control centers for tracking of equipment, material, labor, subcontracts, and miscellaneous costs.
- Complete occupational jobsite reviews and delegate where appropriate.
- Develop and maintain Enersolv's construction standards for the project.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC mechanical piping, plumbing, and sheet metal.
- Experience using BIM software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Revizto, and other required software.
- Experience working with design teams and subcontractors to meet project-specific BIM execution plans.
- Ability to oversee BIM budget and resource management.
- Experience with PM Management Software (Procore, Autodesk), Word, Excel, and Projects.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Solid knowledge of the construction process.
