We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Enersolv Design & Build Ltd. As a key member of our division, you will play a critical role in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage construction projects of varying sizes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to Enersolv standards and codes.
- Develop and track project schedules, including trade manpower loading and resource allocation.
- Procure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Direct staff in proactive tracking of RFIs, Cost Submittals, Shop Drawings, and Meeting Minutes, ensuring prompt resolution and resolution of project-related issues.
- Direct staff in the assembly of shop drawings from trades and suppliers, reviewing for compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare and submit RFIs, MSIs, and change orders, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Direct trade partners and coordinate with other trades, ensuring effective collaboration and project progress.
- Estimate cost changes in scope of work, ensuring accurate financial projections and project budgeting.
- Schedule material and equipment deliveries, ensuring timely receipt and installation.
- Review and quality-check close-out documents, ensuring compliance with Enersolv standards and codes.
- Establish project cost control centers for tracking of equipment, material, labor, subcontracts, and miscellaneous costs.
- Complete occupational jobsite reviews, delegating tasks as necessary to ensure project progress.
- Develop and maintain Enersolv's construction standards for the project, ensuring consistency and quality.
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC mechanical piping, plumbing, and sheet metal.
- Experience using BIM software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Revizto, as well as other required software.
- Experience working with design teams and subcontractors to meet project-specific BIM execution plans.
- Ability to oversee BIM budget and resource management.
- Experience with PM Management Software (Procore, Autodesk), Word, Excel, and Projects.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Solid knowledge of the construction process and industry standards.
