Commercial Construction Project Director Opportunity
At MatchBox Consulting Group, we are seeking a highly experienced and driven Project Director to lead large-scale commercial construction projects. In this role, you will oversee all phases of construction, ensuring successful project delivery from inception to completion. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and project teams, to ensure that the project meets its goals for quality, budget, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct the overall execution of large-scale commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration, fostering a culture of open communication and transparency.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications, maintaining a strong focus on risk management and mitigation.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving any challenges that may arise throughout the project lifecycle, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Foster strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact for project updates and decisions, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Extensive experience in commercial construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex projects, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, safety regulations, and building codes, with a strong commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and trends.
