**About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Recovery Specialist to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising returns to creditors through comprehensive asset-focussed investigations.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Interrogate and analyse accounting records to identify potential recoveries, including antecedent payments, director loan accounts, and claims for misfeasance.
  • Make enquiries of relevant parties to establish details of potential asset recoveries.
  • Liaise with solicitors, stakeholders, and colleagues on recovery matters.
  • Make recommendations and decisions on recovery actions, taking into account legal and commercial considerations.
  • Prepare and review court reports.
  • Report misconduct identified to the appropriate enforcement body.

**Requirements

  • An accountancy or financial background is essential, with appropriate legal experience a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interrogate accounting information, recognise patterns, and draw key conclusions from evidence and data.
  • A keen eye for detail and a tenacious approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills, enabling you to produce high-quality written materials, such as letters to solicitors and case recommendations.
  • Experience using Altia software is highly desirable.

**What We Offer

We offer a competitive market rate salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
