Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Tree Trust. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with strong analytical skills and experience in financial analysis.
About the Role:
- Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly and prepare working papers for review
- Review and post all general ledger financial and statistical activity (including imports, accruals, prepaids, etc.)
- Reconcile staffing statistical accounts for accuracy
- Maintain Chart of Accounts and required interface tables from source systems to General ledger
- Prepare physician payment requisitions and related reports
- Participate in the external reporting system for both financials and statistics
- Prepare year-end lead sheets for audit, and provide supporting backup for each account
- Support capital asset budgeting and planning initiatives
- Maintain and reconcile Fixed Asset Subledger
- Assist with special projects as necessary
Requirements:
- Accounting diploma from Community College
- 2 years accounting experience
- OHRS (MIS) Certification and competency
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
- Experience with Crystal Report Writer
- Knowledge of general ledger, patient accounting, material management and inventory processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven analytical skills and ability to work in complex accounting environment
- Ability to cope with demanding time limited assignments
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels in the organization
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage interruptions and able to adapt to changing environment
Benefits:
