Job Title: Big Data Developer

We are seeking an experienced Big Data Developer to join our team at Virtusa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and Pyspark, with a good understanding of JSP and Java script.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, code, unit test, and debug Big Data applications using Python and Pyspark.
  • Develop and maintain large-scale data processing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Big Data development with Python and Pyspark.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
