Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of our asphalt plant, ensuring that we meet our production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the plant on a daily basis, performing routine maintenance and conducting major and minor repairs
  • Operate a loader to feed the plant and load scale trucks
  • Maintain inventory of parts and supplies
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment inspections and maintenance logs
  • Collaborate with the plant superintendent to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Welding and mechanical skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Front end Loader experience (Cat 980 or equivalent)
  • Ability to work at heights
