Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Mark's. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of retail professionals, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and coaching to team members to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Lead the B2B Mark's Commercial Business function, including order entry and management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of annual inventories.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years retail experience, with a proven track record of leadership and customer service.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build and manage a daily, weekly plan for the department and store.
  • Basic computer skills required.
