Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Actuarial Risk Analyst to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing risk across various business lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and policies.
  • Analyze and report on risk metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risk.
  • Develop and maintain risk models and analytics.
  • Provide risk advice and guidance to business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in actuarial risk management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance risk management and actuarial practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and team skills.
