Logistics Coordinator

FEI International Express Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipper-Receiver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine Method of Shipment: Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods to various locations.
- Schedule Distribution: Organize the delivery of goods to meet tight deadlines and ensure timely arrival.
- Prepare Shipping Documents: Accurately complete bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
- Inspect and Verify Goods: Check incoming goods against invoices and documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and warehouse activities.
- Supervise Material Handlers: Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, and ensure that all materials are handled safely and efficiently.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
