Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve operational goals
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing
  • Plan and coordinate logistics activities with other departments and external partners
  • Prepare and submit reports on logistics performance and metrics
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery
  • Train and develop staff in logistics and operations procedures
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory control software
