Our client requires an Application Support Specialist to provide front-line support to end-users and internal clients who need assistance with their applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and training to inquiries in large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Experience in user identity verification processes, maintaining user IDs, passwords, and account permission levels for business applications.
  • Experience in utilizing Help Desk software, such as BMC Remedy, Cherwell, MS Team Foundation Server, Rational ClearQuest, HEAT, etc.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office tool suites.
  • Provide end-user operational system support, including data collection, editing, validation, and conversion.
  • Experience in planning, performing, and monitoring User Acceptance testing.
  • Support web-based systems with knowledge of various internet browsers, including Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
  • Develop and deliver user manuals and training materials.
  • Experience working and administering MS SharePoint sites.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Application Support Specialist in working with external stakeholders.
  • Experience in supporting large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of Help Desk software and Microsoft Office tool suites.
  • Ability to provide technical assistance and training to end-users.
